The zucchini rolls are an invention of Masseria Mirogallo, specialized in the production of preserves in oil of the highest quality. The zucchini are wrapped around dried tomatoes creating a roll of vegetables whose flavors blend perfectly.
The preserve is 100% natural, obtained by working the freshly picked fresh zucchini and dried tomatoes without the addition of any preservative. The oil in which they are stored can be reused to flavor boiled meats or salads as it is imbued with the taste of vegetables.
